The approximately ¬¬334 kb SpectrumGreen Vysis LSI ARSA probe is located at chromosome 22q13.3 (chr22: 49187176 - 49520735; March 2006 assembly, UCSC Genome Browser). The hybridized probe fluoresces with moderate to bright intensity both in interphase nuclei and on metaphase chromosomes.

Normal Hybridization: Metaphase and interphase cells hybridized with Vysis LSI D22S75 (N25) region probe (orange) and LSI ARSA probe (green).
